Parmesan-Crusted Salmon

(Total Time: 15 MIN| Serves: 2)

2 Salmon Fillets
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Paprika
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 ½ tbsp. Butter
1 ½ cups Water


  1. Pour the water into the Instant Pot.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place on the steaming rack.
  3. Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.
  4. Do a quick pressure release.
  5. Discard the water.
  6. Combine the olive oil and mayonnaise and brush over the salmon.
  7. Combine the parmesan, paprika, and garlic powder.
  8. Coat the salmon with the mixture well.
  9. Melt the butter in the IP on SAUTE.
  10. Add salmon and cook until golden on all sides.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
