Quick and Easy Dijon Halibut
(Total Time: 7MIN| Serves: 4)
Ingredients:
1 ½ tbsp. Dijon Mustard
4 Halibut Fillets
1 ½ cups Water
Directions:
- Pour the water into the Instant Pot.
- Brush the halibut with Dijon and place in the steaming basket.
- Lower the basket and close the lid.
- Set the IP to MANUAL.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
- Do a quick pressure release.
- Serve and enjoy!
