Quick and Easy Dijon Halibut

(Total Time: 7MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:
1 ½ tbsp. Dijon Mustard
4 Halibut Fillets
1 ½ cups Water

Directions:

  1. Pour the water into the Instant Pot.
  2. Brush the halibut with Dijon and place in the steaming basket.
  3. Lower the basket and close the lid.
  4. Set the IP to MANUAL.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
  6. Do a quick pressure release.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
