    The diet

    Grilled Beef Tenderloin

    (Total Time: 35 MIN| Serves: 6)

    Ingredients:
    2 lbs beef tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
    4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    3 cups beef broth
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp butter

    Spices:
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp dried oregano, ground
    1 tsp dried rosemary, ground
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp black pepper, ground

    Directions:

    1. Rinse the meat under running water and pat dry with a kitchen paper. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place the meat chops in a large bowl and add all the spices. Generously rub with your hands to allow spice to penetrate into the meat. Set aside.
    2. Plug in your instant and grease the stainless steel insert with olive oil. Press the ‘’Sauté’’ button and add meat chops and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
    3. Now, pour in the beef broth and securely lock the lid. Adjust the steam release handle and press the ‘’Manual’’ button. Set the timer for 20 minutes and cook on ‘’High’’ pressure.
    4. When you hear the cooker’s end signal, perform a quick release of the pressure and open the pot. Transfer the meat to a serving platter and garnish with some finely chopped chives and fresh thyme before serving.
