Salmon in Lime Sauce

(Total Time: 10 MIN| Serves: 4)

4 Salmon Fillets
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Sweetener
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp. Hot Water
Juice of 2 Limes
½ tsp Cumin
1 tbsp. chopped Parsley
1 cup Water


  1. Pour the water into the Instant Pot.
  2. Arrange the salmon on the rack and close the lid.
  3. Cook on HIGH for minutes.
  4. Do a quick pressure release.
  5. Discard the cooking liquid and return the salmon to the pot.
  6. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over.
  7. Cook on SAUTE for 2 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
