Hollandaise Eggs and Ham
(Total Time: 10 MIN| Serves: 2)
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
2 tbsp. Hollandaise Sauce
2 Ham Slices, chopped
1 ½ cups plus 2 tbsp. Water
Directions:
- Pour 1 ½ cups water into your IP and lower the rack.
- Crack the eggs into 2 ramekins. Make sure to keep the yolks intact.
- Add a tablespoon of water on top.
- Place the ramekins in the IP and close the lid.
- Cook on STEAM for 2-3 minutes.
- Top with chopped ham and Hollandaise sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
