    Hollandaise Eggs and Ham

    (Total Time: 10 MIN| Serves: 2)

    Ingredients:
    2 Eggs
    2 tbsp. Hollandaise Sauce
    2 Ham Slices, chopped
    1 ½ cups plus 2 tbsp. Water

    Directions:

    1. Pour 1 ½ cups water into your IP and lower the rack.
    2. Crack the eggs into 2 ramekins. Make sure to keep the yolks intact.
    3. Add a tablespoon of water on top.
    4. Place the ramekins in the IP and close the lid.
    5. Cook on STEAM for 2-3 minutes.
    6. Top with chopped ham and Hollandaise sauce.
    7. Serve and enjoy!
