Fall-Off-Bone Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:
6 Chicken Drumsticks
2 tsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Tomato Paste
2 cups Water
½ Bell Pepper, diced
½ Onion, diced
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Heat the oil in your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
- Add pepper and onion and cook for a few minutes, until soft.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Arrange the drumsticks over.
- Whisk together the water and tomato paste.
- Pour the mixture over the drumsticks.
- Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes.
- Do a natural pressure release.
- Serve and enjoy!
