Fall-Off-Bone Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:
6 Chicken Drumsticks
2 tsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Tomato Paste
2 cups Water
½ Bell Pepper, diced
½ Onion, diced
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
  2. Add pepper and onion and cook for a few minutes, until soft.
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Arrange the drumsticks over.
  5. Whisk together the water and tomato paste.
  6. Pour the mixture over the drumsticks.
  7. Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes.
  8. Do a natural pressure release.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
