Hungarian Goulash
(Total Time: 4 hours and 20 MIN| Serves: 8)
Ingredients:
15 ounces canned and diced Tomatoes
1 cup chopped Onion
2 tbsp. Paprika
2 tbsp. Butter
½ tsp Salt
1 Bell Pepper, diced
1 ½ cups Beef Broth
2 Celery Stalks, chopped
2 cups cubed Daikon Radish
½ tsp Caraway Seeds
2 tsp minced Garlic
2 pounds Beef, cubed
½ tsp Caraway Seeds
Directions:
- Melt the butter in your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
- Add the onions and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and paprika and cook for 1 minute.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add caraway seeds, pepper, and salt.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients and close the lid.
- Set your IP to SLOW COOK and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
- Release the pressure and serve.
