Saucy Trout with Chives

(Total Time: 15 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:
4 Trout Fillets
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon Zest
6 tbsp. Butter
3 tbsp. chopped Chives
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 ½ cups Water

Directions:

  1. Pour the water into your Instant Pot.
  2. Place the trout inside the steamer basket.
  3. Lower it in the IP.
  4. Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a plate and discard the water.
  6. Mel the butter in the IP on SAUTE.
  7. Meanwhile, chop the trout.
  8. Add the trout in the pot along with the other ingredients.
  9. Cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
