Saucy Trout with Chives
(Total Time: 15 MIN| Serves: 4)
4 Trout Fillets
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon Zest
6 tbsp. Butter
3 tbsp. chopped Chives
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 ½ cups Water
- Pour the water into your Instant Pot.
- Place the trout inside the steamer basket.
- Lower it in the IP.
- Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a plate and discard the water.
- Mel the butter in the IP on SAUTE.
- Meanwhile, chop the trout.
- Add the trout in the pot along with the other ingredients.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
