Ingredients:
1 pound ground Beef
2 tsp minced Garlic
¼ cup chopped Parsley
1 can low-carb Pasta Sauce
Directions:
- Combine everything in the Instant Pot.
- Close and lock the lid and set the IP to MANUAL.
- Cook on HIGH for 8 minutes.
- Do a quick pressure release.
- Serve or store in mason jars.
