1 pound ground Beef
2 tsp minced Garlic
¼ cup chopped Parsley
1 can low-carb Pasta Sauce


  1. Combine everything in the Instant Pot.
  2. Close and lock the lid and set the IP to MANUAL.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 8 minutes.
  4. Do a quick pressure release.
  5. Serve or store in mason jars.
