Jamaican Jerk Pork

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 pounds Pork Shoulder
1 cup Beef Broth
2 tbsp. Jamaican Spice Rub
Directions:
- Heat the oil in your IP on SAUTE.
- Add pork and cook on all sides, until browned.
- Combine the spices and broth and pour over.
- Close the lid and cook on MANUAL for 45 minutes.
- Release the pressure quickly.
- Shred the meat with forks inside the pot.
- Serve and enjoy!
