Juicy Pot Roast

1 Onion, sliced
2 tbsp. Coconut Oil
2 pounds Chuck Roast
2 cups Bone Broth
Salt and Pepper, to taste


  1. Melt the coconut oil in your IP on SAUTE.
  2. Season the meat with some salt and pepper.
  3. Place it in the pot and sear on all sides until browned.
  4. Pour the broth over and lock the lid.
  5. Cook on MANUAL for 70 minutes.
  6. Do a quick pressure release.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
