    The diet

    Shrimpy Zoodles

    (Total Time: 15 MIN| Serves: 4)

    Ingredients:
    4 cups zoodles
    2 tbsp. Ghee
    1 cup Veggie Stock
    2 tbsp. Olive Oil
    3 tsp minced Garlic
    1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
    Juice of ½ Lemon
    1 tbsp. chopped Basil
    ½ tsp Paprika

    Directions:

    1. Melt the ghee along with the olive oil in your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
    2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
    3. Add shrimp and lemon juice.
    4. Cook for 1 minute.
    5. Add zoodles, paprika, and stock.
    6. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
    7. Serve topped with basil.
    8. Enjoy!
