4 cups zoodles
2 tbsp. Ghee
1 cup Veggie Stock
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
3 tsp minced Garlic
1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 tbsp. chopped Basil
½ tsp Paprika
- Melt the ghee along with the olive oil in your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and lemon juice.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Add zoodles, paprika, and stock.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
- Serve topped with basil.
