Rich Plantain Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups Almond Flour
4 Plantains, mashed
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. Vanilla
3 tbsp. Butter, melted
Sweetener, to taste
1 ½ cup Water
Directions:
- Pour the water into the Instant Pot and lower the trivet.
- Whisk the eggs, plantains, butter, and vanilla.
- Stir in the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour the mixture inside.
- Place in the IP and close the lid.
- Cook on MANUAL for 40 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
