Rich Plantain Bread

(Total Time: 55 MIN| Serves: 12)

Ingredients:
2 cups Almond Flour
4 Plantains, mashed
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. Vanilla
3 tbsp. Butter, melted
Sweetener, to taste
1 ½ cup Water

Directions:

  1. Pour the water into the Instant Pot and lower the trivet.
  2. Whisk the eggs, plantains, butter, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour the mixture inside.
  5. Place in the IP and close the lid.
  6. Cook on MANUAL for 40 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
