    Leftover Chicken with Broccoli and Parmesan

    (Total Time: 10 MIN| Serves: 4)

    Ingredients:
    3 cups cooked and shredded Chicken
    ½ cup Heavy Cream
    1 cup Chicken Broth
    2 cups Broccoli Florets
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    Salt and Pepper, to taste

    Directions:

    1. Combine the broth, broccoli, and chicken, in your Instant Pot.
    2. Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes.
    3. Do a quick pressure release and stir in the remaining ingredients.
    4. Set the IP to sauté and cook for 2 more minutes.
    5. Serve and enjoy!
