Marinara and Cheese Stewed Chicken

Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds Chicken Meat (boneless thighs or breasts), cubed
15 ounces Chicken Broth
8 ounces Cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar), shredded
15 ounces Keto Marinara Sauce
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix everything in your Instant Pot.
  2. Cover and lock the lid.
  3. Choose the MANUAL cooking mode and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes.
  4. Do a quick pressure release.
