Scrambled Eggs with Ground Beef

For eggs:
7 oz ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
3 eggs
¼ cup milk
¼ cup fresh goat’s cheese

1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp rosemary powder
1 tbsp tomato paste
½ tsp sea salt
2 tbsp olive oil


  1. Plug in the instant pot and grease the stainless steel insert with olive oil. Press the ‘’Sauté’’ button and add onions. Stir-fry until translucent. Now, add beef and tomato paste. Continue to cook for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together eggs, milk, goat’s cheese, rosemary powder, garlic powder, and salt. Pour the mixture into the pot and stir slowly with a wooden spatula. Cook until slightly underdone.
  3. Remove from the heat and serve.
