    Orange-Flavored Duck

    (Total Time: 75 MIN| Serves: 4)

    Ingredients:
    1 ½ cups Water
    ½ cup Fresh Orange Juice
    1 tsp Orange Zest
    8 Spring Onions, chopped
    2 tbsp. Fish Sauce
    2 Duck Breasts, halved
    2 Duck Legs, halved
    2 Chilies, chopped
    ½ tbsp. diced Lemongrass
    2 tsp ground Ginger

    Directions:

    1. Coat your IO with cooking spray and set it to SAUTE.
    2. Add the duck and cook until brown on all sides.
    3. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
    4. Stir in the remaining ingredients and close the lid.
    5. Cook on HIGH for 10 minutes.
    6. Do a quick pressure release.
    7. Serve the duck drizzled with the sauce.
