Pina Colada Chicken

Ingredients:
1 cup Pineapple Chunks
2 pounds Chicken, cubed
2 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
½ cup chopped Green Onion
½ cup Coconut Cream
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions:
- Place everything, except the green onions, in your Instant Pot.
- Lock the lid and set the POULTRY cooking mode.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Release the pressure quickly.
- Serve garnished with green onions.
- Enjoy!
