Pina Colada Chicken

Ingredients:
1 cup Pineapple Chunks
2 pounds Chicken, cubed
2 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
½ cup chopped Green Onion
½ cup Coconut Cream
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Place everything, except the green onions, in your Instant Pot.
  2. Lock the lid and set the POULTRY cooking mode.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Release the pressure quickly.
  5. Serve garnished with green onions.
  6. Enjoy!
