Sweet Teriyaki Shrimps

2 cups shrimps, peeled and deveined
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 cup fish stock
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp stevia powder
1 tsp sea salt
- Plug in the instant pot and add shrimps. Pour in the fish stock and stir well. Seal the lid and set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position. Press the ‘’Manual’’ button and set the timer for 4 minutes on high pressure.
- When done, perform a quick release and open the lid. Press the ‘’Sauté’’ button and bring the stock to a boil. Stir in the soy sauce, avocado oil, and rice vinegar.
- Sprinkle with salt, stevia, garlic, and ginger. Continue to cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
