Smoked Salmon Baked Eggs

4 Eggs
4 slices of Smoked Salmon
1 tsp chopped Chives
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 cup of Water


  1. Pour the water into your IP and lower the trivet.
  2. Grease 4 ramekins with the olive oil.
  3. Place a slice of salmon at the bottom of each ramekin.
  4. Crack an egg on top and add a teaspoon of cream over.
  5. Wrap the ramekins in foil and arrange them on the rack.
  6. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes on HIGH.
  7. Serve sprinkled with chopped chives.
  8. Enjoy!
