Pepperoncini Pot Roast

Ingredients:
5 pounds Beef Roast
½ cup Pepperoncini Juice
½ cup Beef Broth
1 envelope Gravy Mix
6 Pepperoncini
¼ cup Butter
Directions:
- Place all of the ingredients in the Instant Pot and close the lid.
- Choose MANUAL and cook on HIGH for 90 minutes.
- Let the pressure drop naturally.
- Slice the meat and drizzle with the gravy.
- Serve and enjoy!
