Pepperoncini Pot Roast

Ingredients:
5 pounds Beef Roast
½ cup Pepperoncini Juice
½ cup Beef Broth
1 envelope Gravy Mix
6 Pepperoncini
¼ cup Butter

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the Instant Pot and close the lid.
  2. Choose MANUAL and cook on HIGH for 90 minutes.
  3. Let the pressure drop naturally.
  4. Slice the meat and drizzle with the gravy.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
