Tilapia Bites

Ingredients:
1 pound Tilapia Fillets
3 Eggs
3 tbsp. Olive Oil
½ cup Half and Half
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Coriander
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tsp Lemon Zest
¼ tsp Pepper
2 tbsp. ground Almonds
Directions:
- Whisk together the eggs, spices, zest, and almond flour.
- Heat the oil in the IP on SAUTE.
- Chop the tilapia and dip into the egg mixture.
- Cook on SAUTE until golden.
- Pour the lemon juice and half and half over and close the lid.
- Cook on HIGH for 2 minutes.
- Do a quick pressure release.
- Serve and enjoy!
