    Tilapia Bites

    (Total Time: 20 MIN| Serves: 8)

    Ingredients:
    1 pound Tilapia Fillets
    3 Eggs
    3 tbsp. Olive Oil
    ½ cup Half and Half
    1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    1 tsp Coriander
    Juice of 1 Lemon
    1 tsp Lemon Zest
    ¼ tsp Pepper
    2 tbsp. ground Almonds

    Directions:

    1. Whisk together the eggs, spices, zest, and almond flour.
    2. Heat the oil in the IP on SAUTE.
    3. Chop the tilapia and dip into the egg mixture.
    4. Cook on SAUTE until golden.
    5. Pour the lemon juice and half and half over and close the lid.
    6. Cook on HIGH for 2 minutes.
    7. Do a quick pressure release.
    8. Serve and enjoy!
