Thyme Prosciutto Eggs

Ingredients:
4 Kale Leaves
4 Prosciutto Slices
3 tbsp. Heavy Cream
4 Hardboiled Eggs
¼ tsp Pepper
¼ tsp Salt
1 ½ cups Water

Directions:

  1. Peel the eggs and wrap them in kale.
  2. Wrap them in prosciutto and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the water into your IP and lower the trivet.
  4. Place the eggs inside and close the lid.
  5. Cook on MANUAL for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
