White Fish Stew

(Total Time: 20 MIN| Serves: 6)

Ingredients:
1 Onion, diced
1 Carrot, sliced
2 Celery Stalks, diced
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 pound White Fish Fillets
3 cups Fish Broth
1 cup chopped Broccoli
1 cup chopped Cauliflower
1 cup chopped Kale
2 tbsp. Butter
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
  2. Sauté the onions for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir all of the ingredients, except for the cream.
  4. Close the lid and select MANUAL.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
  6. Do a natural pressure release.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream.
  8. Discard the bay leaf and serve.
  9. Enjoy!
