Ribs and Kielbasa with Sauerkraut

Ingredients:
1 pound Pork Ribs
24 ounces Sauerkraut
14 ounces Kielbasa, sliced
2/3 cup Water
1 tbsp. Sweetener
1 tbsp. Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in your IP on SAUTE.
  2. Add the ribs and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add the kielbasa on top and pour the water over.
  4. Sprinkle with the sweetener.
  5. Arrange the kielbasa slices on top and close the lid.
  6. Cook on MANUAL for 15 minutes.
  7. Do a quick pressure release.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
