Ribs and Kielbasa with Sauerkraut
(Total Time: 35 MIN| Serves: 4)
Ingredients:
1 pound Pork Ribs
24 ounces Sauerkraut
14 ounces Kielbasa, sliced
2/3 cup Water
1 tbsp. Sweetener
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Directions:
- Heat the oil in your IP on SAUTE.
- Add the ribs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the kielbasa on top and pour the water over.
- Sprinkle with the sweetener.
- Arrange the kielbasa slices on top and close the lid.
- Cook on MANUAL for 15 minutes.
- Do a quick pressure release.
- Serve and enjoy!
