Simple Turkey Stew

2 lbs turkey breast, chopped into smaller pieces
4 cups chicken broth
2 celery stalks, chopped
4 tbsp butter
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, chopped
¾ cup heavy cream
2 tsp salt
1 tsp peppercorn
1 tsp dried thyme
- Combine the ingredients in the instant pot and seal the lid.
- Set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position and press the ‘’Stew’’ button. Set the timer for 20 minutes on high heat.
- When done, release the pressure naturally and open the lid. Chill for a while and stir in some sour cream.
- Serve immediately.
