Simple Turkey Stew

(Total Time: 30 MIN| Serves: 5)

Ingredients:
2 lbs turkey breast, chopped into smaller pieces
4 cups chicken broth
2 celery stalks, chopped
4 tbsp butter
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, chopped
¾ cup heavy cream

Spices:
2 tsp salt
1 tsp peppercorn
1 tsp dried thyme

Directions:

  1. Combine the ingredients in the instant pot and seal the lid.
  2. Set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position and press the ‘’Stew’’ button. Set the timer for 20 minutes on high heat.
  3. When done, release the pressure naturally and open the lid. Chill for a while and stir in some sour cream.
  4. Serve immediately.
