Wrapped Zesty and Herbed Fish

Ingredients:
1 4-ounce Fish Fillet
1 Rosemary Sprig
1 Thyme Sprig
1 tbsp. chopped Basil
2 tsp Lime Zest
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1 ½ cups Water
Directions:
- Pour the water into your Instant Pot.
- Season the fish with salt and paper.
- Place on a piece of parchment paper and sprinkle with zest.
- Whisk together the oil, juice, and mustard, and brush over.
- Top with the herbs.
- Wrap the fish with the parchment paper.
- Then, wrap the wrapped fish in aluminum foil.
- Place the fish packet inside the basket.
- Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes on HIGH.
- Do a quick pressure release.
- Serve and enjoy!
