Wrapped Zesty and Herbed Fish

(Total Time: 15 MIN| Serves: 1)

Ingredients:
1 4-ounce Fish Fillet
1 Rosemary Sprig
1 Thyme Sprig
1 tbsp. chopped Basil
2 tsp Lime Zest
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1 ½ cups Water

Directions:

  1. Pour the water into your Instant Pot.
  2. Season the fish with salt and paper.
  3. Place on a piece of parchment paper and sprinkle with zest.
  4. Whisk together the oil, juice, and mustard, and brush over.
  5. Top with the herbs.
  6. Wrap the fish with the parchment paper.
  7. Then, wrap the wrapped fish in aluminum foil.
  8. Place the fish packet inside the basket.
  9. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes on HIGH.
  10. Do a quick pressure release.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
