Spiced Turkey

Ingredients:
2 lbs. turkey breast, boneless
2 garlic cloves, crushed
¼ cup oil
3 cups chicken broth
Spices:
1 tsp dried basil
3 whole cloves
½ tsp stevia powder
Directions:
- Rinse the meat under cold running water and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Place in a large Ziploc bag and add basil, cloves, and oil. Pour in one cup of chicken broth and seal the bag. Shake well and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Grease the stainless steel insert with some oil and add garlic. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Remove the turkey from the refrigerator and place in the pot along with 2 tablespoons of the marinade and the remaining chicken broth.
- Seal the lid and set the steam release handle. Press the ‘Manual’ button and set the timer for 25 minutes.
- When done, release the pressure naturally.
