    Simple Beef and Broccoli Dish

    Ingredients:
    1 Onion, quartered
    12 ounces Broccoli Florets
    1 pound Beef, chopped
    2 tbsp. Fish Sauce
    ¼ cup Coconut Aminos
    1 tsp minced Garlic
    1 tsp ground Ginger
    ½ tsp Salt
    ¼ tsp Pepper

    Directions:

    1. Place all of the ingredients, except the broccoli, in your IP.
    2. Close and lock the lid and choose MEAT/STEW.
    3. Cook on default.
    4. Release the pressure quickly.
    5. Stir in broccoli and cook on SAUTE for 5 minutes.
