Spicy Pork Butt

Ingredients:
4 pounds Pork Butt
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp granulated Sweetener
2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 ½ cups Water
Directions:
- Brush the pork butt with the olive oil.
- Combine the spices in a small bowl and rub this mixture into the meat.
- Pour the water into the IP and place the meat inside.
- Close the lid and choose MANUAL.
- Cook on HIGH for 65 minutes.
- Do a quick pressure release.
- Serve and enjoy!
