Spicy Pork Butt

(Total Time: 75 MIN| Serves: 6)

Ingredients:
4 pounds Pork Butt
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp granulated Sweetener
2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 ½ cups Water

Directions:

  1. Brush the pork butt with the olive oil.
  2. Combine the spices in a small bowl and rub this mixture into the meat.
  3. Pour the water into the IP and place the meat inside.
  4. Close the lid and choose MANUAL.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 65 minutes.
  6. Do a quick pressure release.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
