White Chicken with Cauliflower
(Total Time: 30 MIN| Serves: 4)
Ingredients:
1 Butter Stick
4 Chicken Breasts, cubed
2 cups Cauliflower Florets
2 cups Heavy Cream
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp. chopped Basil
Directions:
- Preheat your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
- Melt the butter inside.
- Whisk together the cream cheese and heavy cream inside.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and close the lid.
- Cook on HIGH for 15 minutes.
- Do a quick pressure release.
- Serve and enjoy!
