White Chicken with Cauliflower

(Total Time: 30 MIN| Serves: 4)

1 Butter Stick
4 Chicken Breasts, cubed
2 cups Cauliflower Florets
2 cups Heavy Cream
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp. chopped Basil


  1. Preheat your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
  2. Melt the butter inside.
  3. Whisk together the cream cheese and heavy cream inside.
  4. Stir in the remaining ingredients and close the lid.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 15 minutes.
  6. Do a quick pressure release.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
