Beef with Cabbage
(Total Time: 40 MIN| Serves: 4)
1 lb ground beef
2 small onions, finely chopped
1 cup cabbage, shredded
4 garlic cloves, crushed
2 green chili peppers
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
4 tbsp butter
2 cups beef broth
½ tsp ginger powder
4 cloves, whole
1 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp peppercorn
2 tsp turmeric powder
Plug in the instant pot and add meat, onions, garlic, peppercorn, coriander seeds, mustard seeds, and turmeric powder. Stir well and press the ‘’Sauté’’ button.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Now add cabbage and give it a good stir. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the broth and add the remaining ingredients. Give it a good stir and seal the lid. Set the steam release handle and press the ‘’Manual’’ button. Set the timer for 10 minutes on high pressure.
When done, release the pressure naturally and open the lid. Serve immediately.
