Curry Ginger Pork
(Total Time: 25 MIN| Serves: 4)
Ingredients:
1 lb pork neck, cut into thin strips
¼ cup olive oil
2 small onions, sliced
1 garic clove, crushed
1 spring onion, chopped
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
Spices:
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
½ tsp salt
2 tsp curry powder
Directions:
Plug in the instant pot and heat up the oil. Add the meat and cook for 4-5 mintues. Remove from the pot and set aside.
Now add onions, garlic, and spring onions. Sauté for 3-4 minuts, stirring constantly.
Stir in ginger and garlic powder. Add the emat and season with salt. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Press the ‘’Cancel’’ button. Remove the meat with the curry sauce from the pot and sprinkle with sesame oil before serving.
