Ground Pork with Eggs
(Total Time: 20 MIN| Serves: 4)
Ingredients:
7 oz ground pork
2 bacon slices, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
4 large eggs
1 garlic clove, crushed
3 tbsp butter
Spices:
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper, freshly ground
Directions:
Grease the bottom of the pot with butter and press the ‘’Saute’’ button. Add onions and briefly cook – for 2-3 minutes.
Now add pork, bacon, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Finally, crack the eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes. Press the ‘’Cancel’’ button and serve immediately.
