Pepper Curry

Ingredients:
1 lb beef stew meat
2 red bell peppers, sliced
3 green chili peppers, chopped
5 garlic cloves, crushed
4 tbsp butter
1 cup sun-roasted tomatoes, diced
Spices:
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
Directions:
Combine the ingredients in the pot and stir well
Seal the lid and set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position. Press the ‘’Manual’’ button and set the timer for 30 minutes.
When done, release the pressure naturally and carefully open the lid. Optionally, sprinkle with some fresh parsley before serving.
