Pork in Tomato Sauce
(Total Time: 20 MIN| Serves: 4)
1 lb pork loin, chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 cup broccoli, finely chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
1 rosemary sprig, fresh
¼ tsp chili powder
Rinse well the meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in the pot and drizzle with oil. Pour in the broth and add onions, broccoli, and tomatoes. Season with come chili powder and add rosemary.
Stir well and seal the lid. Set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position and press the ‘’Stew’’ button.
When done, release the pressure naturally and open the lid.
Remove the rosemary sprig and optionally sprinkle with some more chili pepper.
