Spring Onion Pork

14oz pork neck, chopped into bite-sized pieces

3 spring onions, finely chopped

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 cup beef stock


1 ½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground

2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp peppercorn


Plug in the instant pot and press the ‘’Saute’’ button. Grease the inner pot with oil and heat up. Add onions and sprinkle with some salt.
Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add the meat. Season with pepper, cayenne pepper, and sprinkle with peppercorn.
Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. Add butter and pour in the stock.
Seal the lid and set the steam release handle. Press the ‘’Manual’’ button and set the timer for 12 minutes.
When done, release the pressure naturally and open the lid.
Serve immediately.
