    Spicy Burgers

    (Total Time: 15 MIN| Serves: 6)

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground pork

    2 onions

    1 red chili pepper

    ½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

    3 tbsp almond flour

    Spices:

    ½ tsp salt

    ¼ tsp garlic powder

    ¼ tsp black pepper, freshly ground

    Directions:

    Place the onions and chili pepper in a food processor and process for 30 seconds. Transfer to a bowl and add the meat. Sprinkle with parsley, almond flour, and spices.
    Mix well and shape burgers, about 2-inch in diameter.
    Place burgers in the steam basket and pour in one cup of water in the inner pot.
    Seal the lid and set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position. Press the ‘’Manual’’ button and set the timer for 7 minutes on high pressure.
    When done, perform a quick pressure release and open the lid.
    Remove burgers from the pot and serve immediately.
