    Spicy Pork with Celery

    (Total Time: 40 MIN| Serves: 4)


    2 lbs pork ribs, cut into smaller pieces

    1 large leek, finely chopped

    1 large onion, sliced

    1 cup celery stalks, finely chopped

    1 cup cauliflower florets

    ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

    4 cups beef broth

    3 tbsp olive oil


    1 tsp salt

    1 tsp chili powder

    ½ tsp red pepper flakes

    1 bay leaf


    Plug in the instant pot and press the ‘’Saute’’ button. Heat up the oil and then add ribs in several batches. Brown for 2-3 minutes on each side and remove from the pot. Repeat with the remaining meat.
    Now add onions and celery stalk. Sprinkle with some salt and sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Finally, add the pork and the remaining ingredients. Pour in the broth and seal the lid. Set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position and press the ‘’Manual’’ button.
    Cook for 20 minutes on high pressure.
    When done, release the pressure naturally and serve immediately.
