Thai Pork with White Pepper Gravy

(Total Time: 15 MIN| Serves: 2)

Ingredients:

10 oz pork fillet, cut into strips

1 small onion, sliced

2 spring onion, chopped

1 cup dried black mushrooms, chopped

3 garlic cloves

2 tbsp fish sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

3 tbsp peanut oil

Spices:

1 tsp white pepper, freshly ground

½ tsp sea salt

Directions:

Soak the mushrooms about 10-15 minutes before cooking.
Plug in the instant pot and heat the oil. Add sliced pork, onions, and garlic. Cook 1-2 minutes and then add spring onions. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly
Now add mushrooms and give it a good stir. Drizzle with fish sauce and oyster sauce. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Sprinkle with white pepper and pour in about ¼ cup of water. Gently simmer for 10 minutes,
Press the ‘’Cancel’’ button and serve immediately.
